We process the following limited categories of data:

• Newsletter signup — if you enter your email address in the newsletter field, we store that email address in order to send you updates about drops and releases.
• Contact correspondence — if you email us, we process your email address and the content of your message in order to reply.
• Technical server logs — our hosting provider automatically logs the IP address, browser type, referring page, requested URL and timestamp of visits, for security and operational purposes.
• Administrator session — a strictly necessary cookie is set only for site administrators when they log in to the administration area. It contains no personal profile data and is not set for ordinary visitors.
• Theme preference — your light/dark mode choice is stored locally in your own browser (localStorage). It never leaves your device and is not personal data we can access.

• Newsletter — to send you the updates you asked for. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw it at any time.
• Correspondence — to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Server logs and administrator session — to operate the site securely, prevent abuse and protect the administration area. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the security and availability of our service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Legal compliance — where we are required to retain information under accounting or other statutory obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We use only strictly necessary, first-party cookies. Specifically, a session cookie is set when a site administrator logs in to the administration area, so that the session can be recognised on subsequent requests. It expires after seven days or when the administrator logs out.

We do not set advertising, profiling or third-party analytics cookies. Your theme preference is stored in your browser's localStorage rather than in a cookie.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers who process data strictly on our instructions:

• Hosting provider — hosts the website and processes technical server logs on our behalf as a data processor.
• Google Fonts — this site loads an icon font from Google's servers. As a result, your browser's IP address is transmitted to Google when the font is requested.

We may also disclose personal data where we are legally required to do so, or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims — including claims to protect our intellectual property.

Some of our service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by an appropriate safeguard under Chapter V of the GDPR — typically the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. You may request a copy of the relevant safeguard by contacting us.

• Newsletter email addresses — until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
• Correspondence — for as long as needed to handle the matter, and thereafter as necessary to defend legal claims.
• Server logs — for a limited period set by our hosting provider for security and operational purposes.
• Administrator session cookie — a maximum of seven days, or until logout.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access — obtain confirmation of whether we process your personal data and receive a copy of it.
• Rectification — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
• Erasure — have your data deleted where the conditions for erasure are met.
• Restriction — request that we limit our processing in certain circumstances.
• Data portability — receive data you provided to us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
• Object — object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time.
• Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

If you believe we have handled your personal data incorrectly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY), Box 8114, 104 20 Stockholm, imy@imy.se — or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including access control on the administration area and encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site.

We may update this policy as the site develops — for example when purchasing and checkout are launched, which will involve processing order and delivery data. The version published on this page is the version in force, and the date above shows when it was last revised.
