Terms of Use

This website ("Fight Cards", the "Site") is operated by City Mätteknik AB, a company registered in Sweden under company registration number (organisationsnummer) 559009-8447, with its registered address at Johan Skyttes Väg 200, 125 34 Älvsjö, Sweden ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Site.

Without limiting the generality of the above, City Mätteknik AB is the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title and interest — including all copyright, design rights, trade mark rights, database rights and all other intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, worldwide and in perpetuity — in and to:

• The name FIGHT CARDS, the Fight Cards logotypes, wordmarks, icons and all variations of them.
• Every collection name used on this Site, and the naming system, curation and grouping of those collections as a whole.
• All artwork, illustrations, graphics, prints, motifs, sigils, crests, skull designs, typography treatments and other visual works displayed on this Site.
• All garment designs, product mockups, colourways, product photography and product imagery.
• All written content, including the collection narratives, product descriptions, lore texts, slogans and taglines.
• The design, layout, structure, look and feel, source code and underlying software of the Site.
• All digital assets, tokens and associated metadata issued or to be issued in connection with the collections.

The collection names include, without limitation: POPCAT COIN, BONK COIN, SHIBACALS, Bone ShibaSwap, ANCIENT HONOUR, FLOKI COIN, DOGWIFHAT COIN, DOGE KILLER LEASH, PEPE COIN, Shiba Inu Coin, Shibarium, SHIB, SHIBOSHI — together with any future collection names we introduce.

No licence, right or interest in any of our intellectual property is granted, transferred or assigned to you by these Terms, by your use of the Site, or by any purchase you may make. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You must not, and must not permit any third party to:

• Copy, reproduce, download, screenshot for reuse, republish, transmit or distribute any content from this Site.
• Print, embroider, apply, manufacture or otherwise reproduce any design, artwork or collection name onto any physical product — including but not limited to garments, accessories, prints or packaging.
• Use any collection name, design name, logotype, wordmark or trade mark of City Mätteknik AB, or any name or mark confusingly similar to them, in any business, product, service, domain name, social media handle, application or marketing material.
• Create, mint, list, sell or promote any NFT, token or other digital asset that incorporates, depicts or derives from our artwork, designs or collection names.
• Create derivative works, adaptations, remixes, edits or imitations of any of our artwork, designs or written content.
• Register or attempt to register any trade mark, design right, copyright or domain name corresponding to or confusingly similar to any of our names, marks or designs.
• Use any automated means — including scrapers, crawlers, bots or harvesting tools — to extract content or images from the Site.
• Use any content from the Site to train, fine-tune, evaluate or otherwise develop any machine learning or artificial intelligence model or dataset.
• Remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notice appearing on the Site or on any content.
• Use the Site or its content for any commercial purpose whatsoever without our prior written consent.

You may view the Site and its content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. That permission is revocable at any time and confers no ownership of any kind.

We actively monitor and enforce our intellectual property rights. Any unauthorised use of our artwork, designs, collection names or marks constitutes infringement and may result in civil proceedings, injunctive relief, claims for damages and, where applicable, criminal liability under Swedish and international law — including the Swedish Copyright Act (lag (1960:729) om upphovsrätt till litterära och konstnärliga verk) and the Swedish Trade Marks Act (varumärkeslag (2010:1877)).

Any third-party names, marks or logos that may appear on the Site remain the property of their respective owners and are used, where applicable, for reference or descriptive purposes only. Nothing on this Site should be read as a claim to, or an endorsement by, any third party, nor as affiliation with any third-party project, token or organisation unless expressly stated.

The Site currently presents our collections and the physical garments on which the artwork is printed. Purchasing, checkout, wallet connection and cart functionality are marked as coming soon and are not yet available. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to sell until such functionality is launched and a separate purchase agreement is concluded.

Product imagery, mockups and colours are shown for illustration. Actual garments may vary in shade, fit and finish. We may add, change, suspend or withdraw any collection, product, price or part of the Site at any time without notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful way.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its administration area, its servers or any connected system.
• Interfere with, disrupt or place an unreasonable load on the Site or its infrastructure.
• Introduce any virus, malware or other malicious code.
• Impersonate us or misrepresent your affiliation with us.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the Site, its availability, accuracy, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage, including loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable mandatory law, including liability arising from wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or a consumer's statutory rights under Swedish and EU consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version in force. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Sweden shall have exclusive jurisdiction, with Stockholms tingsrätt as the court of first instance. Consumers resident in the EU retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence where mandatory law so provides.
